Oxford - Because it just is.

But seriously its impossible to answer. It depedns on the subject matter really. Like MIT is the bollocks for tech, Harvard for Business, Oxford for PPE, Cambridge for Physics etc. Berkeley for Computing. The list is huge

It depends on what faculty we are looking at etc.
and hell, I only know facts about universities in North America..
Of course I am going to say that mine is the best because it is such a huge part of me.. and because of the school spirit.. huge alumni.. and tradition.. argh.. my school is quite amazing... I'm in love with it...
but UBC, McGill, Guelph, Harvard, and Yale are fantastic as well.
