Sorry, my friend, this isn't the way it's done. I realize by you saying that you have an empty forum that you probably know nothing about forum or community site etiquette so here is what you do.
First off. go read the FAQ, you will find it on the front page. There it tells you many things about this site, including how we (like most other forums on the net) don't appreciate people who join just to spam their site.
If you wish to be a participating member here, great, jump right in. You will find (in the FAQ) how you can put your site in the Spamatorium where it will be seen and you could even put your site url in your signature (acceptable spamming) where people will see it.
If your site is interesting, you might even see it mentioned on the front page which means WE are spamming it for you.

I, for one, have avoided the Wonder/cable issue, but now I can do so no longer.

I have been offerred no tangible proof that Wonder does indeed have cable and I refuse to accept it as fact just based on hearsay and speculation.

I'm aware that by taking this stance, I am in most all likelihoods destroying my diminutive posting career here at the Asylum, but so be it.

I will not buy into the Wonder has Cable issue until he arranges and finances to have cable installed at my house and shows me how to use it.

Umm...yeah.
