CRASH BANG BOOM

I get a lot of crashes when I go into Hotmail particularly when I reply to mail. Total freeze and must reset. It's very sad. Make this a not sad thing if you would.

also, not that I could add anything to the genius that is Pangloss, do you have other programs running, if so which ones? Do you experience crashes with other software?

Wonder....what version of IE? I take it you've done the obvious stuff like Deleting all the cache including cookies. If you have try upgrading to the latest IE assuming you hav'nt already. Does it happen on any other web pages or just hotmail?
