hmmm, i use primarily netscape and havnt noticed it. i didnt change anything regarding the forum with the main page update, although about 3 weeks ago i did add this meta expires tag in hopes that it may help with the IE thing:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="Wed, 26 Feb 1997 08:21:57 GMT">
I doubt that is the problem though. Like i said i use netscape and it works fine for me, so unless others are having the same prob i suspect the problem is on your end. Perhaps reinstall nutscrape?
If the prob continues ill take that meta tag out, but it should definately not cause pages to cache when its whole purpose is to prevent it, then again they are too busy sticking shit in we dont need (or want) to bother with little bugs.
