Sometimes they appear in the URL when I am trying to reply to a post, and it won't let me submit it. Is it a UBB problem?

For the record, though, what you see above you is not how they look to me. When I see it, they look like a bunch of | || ||.

Aha! I have proof!



Whenever I see this, the page WILL NOT load. I have to completely exit MSIE and re-open it before I can get back in. Sometimes that doesn't even work! Good thing it doesn't happen often. . .
