I want to learn how to use HTML. I am just wondering if anybody has any suggestions where is the best place to learn.

If you want to learn how to code HTML from scratch, http://www.htmlgoodies.com/ has a decent selection of tutorials.

Alternatively, you could use a WYSIWYG editor like Dreamweaver.
