Post i know this isn't "rock 'n roll man"...

...but if you have an intense love for music, and you can feel the power and intention of a single note, you should download "elizabeth: requiem". it's really by a man named david hirschfelder, but if you type his name in, you'll never find it. i'm sure it's not what alot of you are "into", or used to, but please give it a listen. sit in a dark room with a glass of good wine, and turn it up. let it lift you away, feel it twist your insides out, and know what it is to touch the divine.

You have perked my curiosity...

mine too...

is this "the power of one note" in a Hafler Trio sort of way, or an especially powerful neo-classical kind of thing? Arvo Part and Gorecki are good in that vein...

'k, what I've found is a bit operatic, but not bad...
very soundtracky, in a sinster sort of way...

You'd probably like Arvo Part, in a mellower sort of way.
