Post Rocco's Modern Life

I have gone on a jihad to find and purchase or steal the tapes of this cartoon series that used to run on Nickelodion.

This cartoon was a brilliant look into our modern world as seen through the eyes of a wallabie from Austrialia.

Unfortunatley it doesn't show on tv anymore. and i can't find the tapes in anystores. I may have to succumb to buying them online.

anyways. If you get a chance see this cartoon. If you enjoy any of the shows on cartoon network you are sure to enjoy Rocco.

anyone else have anything else to say about this? well besides "what the hell are you talking about?"

I'm amazed Nick showed the cartoon. There were far too many instances where the joke was a sick, sick, funny as all hell one. That 8 year olds would never get, too. Oh, the brilliance....

I thought Rocco was an italian porn actor.

The images are disturbing, yet arousing too.

I wouldn't mind getting hold of a few episodes of Rocco's Modern Life. That show was fucking hilarious.

2) Glutton
3) Gluttony
4) You
5) Are
6) A
7) Glutton

Remember that?

yeah i remember that.
The more i remember the more i want to get some tapes of it.

i just keep getting images in my head of rocco pinching off a berry from a bush, and then a bear popping up from behind it screaming and grabbing his crotch.

I remember seeing that and thinking "somethings just not right here" and then laughing hysterically.

i need to find those tapes, damnnit.

Awesome fucking show

The character that sticks in my mind was the wolf, with the dad that didnt understand him.
One partic moment was the son-wolf going off to cheerleader practice, and poppa-wolfs reaction.
It probably made quite a wooshing noise as the point of the show sailed clean over the heads of the kids watching

Yeah, Rocco was a classic. The whole cow raised by wolves thing was great.

I remember one show where they were trying to find a place to park the car, and they saw a sign that said "dont even think of parking here", Rocco reads the sign, pauses for a sec, then a cop pops up to give him a ticket... great stuff.
