Actually, a maleless enviroment, is a seedless enviroment. otherowrds, if you dont want your strain getting around, you kill the males only, and the females wont seed.

Calcium or nitrogen, it needs some TLC. I wished it was mine, I'd baby it like a newborn!
The literature I've read about hemaphradite plants detailed that it is a base survival trait that ensures that a species will survive. Sometimes, despite the best of intentions, a plant is going to grow as its genes see fit. It's just the grower's luck to have planted that seed that had that dominate survival at all costs gene.
After waiting months to get it up to a good mature point and to see it go that way is a pisser, especially if it was going to be a clone mother.
