I can understand this; I feel this way in the summer, though, since the outdoors is fairly limited to me, due to my pale skin.

But yes, people who are with someone are apt to forget about those who are alone, or to merely tell them to "snap out of it," often forgetting what sad bastards they were when alone. It's easy to give advice when one is out of the muck.

Good luck, shadow, and get a place where you can burn a fire.
