I want just a few moments of your time...

...every day, for the rest of your lives! Bahahaha! No, but really, I'm serious. No joke here.

Now, this may seem like a lot of effort, but for what you ask? To do a little to ease world hunger and help curb the destruction of rainforests worldwide, both very important causes. Now, I'm one lazy son of a bitch. My energy level is comparable to that of a photosynthetic sloth of Amazonia (see below), so despite the considerable degree of concern I have for global problems, I find it difficult to get off my ass and actively help with causes I actually identify with. But just recently, I found a neat way of doing a little something with a minimum of effort.

The Hunger Site

By going to these sites and clicking just one of their sponsor's banners a day, you can help feed starving people and raise funds to preserve rainforest that is being quickly demolished by starving farmers. If you buy stuff from their sponsors, things like bras and candles, etc., they will chip a great deal more.



Both death and the destruction of delicate rainforest ecologies are permanent affairs, so please don't take this appeal lightly. It'll take you less than a minute each day, and then you can truly say that you're aren't doing nothing to make this world a better place. It's not as painful as you think.
