You care to explain Kuru more? I am interested to know, but I don't want to research it :-)

Kuru is really a disease that comes from eating brains.

"Kuru was described and intensively studied in the 1950s after it was identified in isolated tribes in the Fore highlands of New Guinea. Brain tissue was ground into a pale grey soup, heated and eaten. A similarity (transmissible, naturally infectious) between kuru and scrapie was recognized in the early 1960's. Disease characteristics: cerebellar ataxia, behavioral changes, late stage dementia and myoclonus."

Kuru in terms of what I use it for is basically a section on my site where I post insightful types of writings and things of that sort. Philosiphy and poetry and sometimes even scientific theories are usually what I post there. I've really actually been lazy about the while thing, and I've only posted 3 things on the kuru section after I started it...
