Good article, some very interesting points were made.

The following is not supported by the same in depth research I have done, but it was done by the person informing me of this. Apparently, American college students (not the foreigners) are the best in the world. None of the countries that surpass our high school students do as well or surpass the levels of learning that American students do. I'm not talking about American colleges, only those born in this country. Foreigners (in general) do not perform as well in their country or in the USA.

If we could put your plan into effect, who knows what this country could be like with our college system doing this well?

the way i see it, the problem with education as a system, is that the kids are very fat.
its very "difficult" to learn anything at all when all the kids are doing is eating and eating. they can barely fit in the doorway.
