I’m fat and I’m not proud.
I hate not being physically fit.
I like looking at something that needs to be done and just doing it with no thought about how I can maneuver my fat ass to task.
I think it use to be fashionable to be fat because food used to be scarce. A fat woman was a sign of status and prosperity, now its usually a sign of a woman with no self control and who isn’t physically fit. And before some one throws in the thyroid thing, let me remind you I said “usually”.
Anyway, everyone is welcome to their opinion but mine is there isn’t very much to be proud of in my physical state even if I am pregnant, and in order to look and feel the way I want to, and not be handicapped by a fat ass, I am going to work it off as soon as I am finished breast feeding.
But kudos Keta, if you enjoy it, be proud of it and enjoy yourself and life, I enjoy being physically active and vital and don’t care for my present state at all. Good read though

I am all for the self-love in Keta's post, but I dispute the porn-star designation. Scientists of the day were not interested in Hottentot's body for asthetic or sexual reasons; They thought she was sub-human and her physical figure "proved" that. I think that your topic should be read more as a statement to the distance we have come were obesely disfigured people are no longer considered subhuman but rather just normal people (albeit really BIG normal people.)
