That little triangle head is what is called kitch or camp.

Look up advertising & pop from the 50's and 60's. Also try fonts, Some of them have those kind of graphics in them (dingbats kinda shit).

try keywords Camp, cult, kitch, advertising, cartoons, fifties &/or sixties.
