Alice

American McGee's Alice...

Anybody seen it/heard of it/played it?

It's pretty cool, so far. Basically a remake of Alice in Wonderland, but gone wrong(er). Based on the Quake III Arena engine. Killer graphics, very imaginitive. Gameplay's so-so, straightforward platform-jumper/shooter. Soundtrack by Chris Vrenna (NIN).

Anyway, if anybody's playing it, or thinkin' about picking it up, here's a thread to discuss it.

Props to my buddy at work for providing me a cracked copy (and it's only been out a week! woohoo!).

I was in Fry's last night with Alice in one hand and Giants in the other debateing which one to get.

Giants is pretty fucking cool.

I only found this game a couple of weeks ago. It's pretty nifty. Too bad I suck at first-person shooter games.

Too bad they don't have a sim version of the game so that you can make your own warped wonderland!
