Do understand that this forum will have a bit of a different slant on it and I would appreciate it if there was not a lot of bullshit negative posts here.

As the Tribals know and perhaps many Asylumites didn't, I was an Admin in THT from very early on. The forum there was run differently that here and I did not push my thoughts on how it should be but acted according to the setup there.

I/we will work with the Tribals to set up a plan of action as to how this forum will be run so if there is a bit of heavier moderating in here and you don't like it, go to tlf where you can go crazy as you wish.

Fact is several folk from THT have indicated their distaste for this place (3 off the top of my head). Likewise I suppose there are a few people in TLF that feel the same.

I think aslumites who heckle this place are just plain and simple assholes. THT was a unique forum with many good qualities. The forum life that it entertained is worthy of having a place to be.

Why can't peole give the Tribals a chance to try to establish their own forum without harrassment and abuse? What the fuck are asshole asylumites trying to establish? Leave it alone and let them have their place.

If asylum got shut down and someone offered us a place to start anew, wouldn't it be great if we could do so without people causing problems? Let's give them the same opportunity.

And the the Tribals, just ignore the hooligans. Come in and set up camp. There is no reason why this can't have the same quality of discussion on the same type of topics as the other URL did. This CAN work, if you just give it some time. It's better than nothing, no?

I personally don't think this is going to work. I think most Tribals feel "safer" sharing their minds within there own walls. Thats just my opinion.
