They said on BBC earlier that they have very little chance of getting Bin Laden with bombs.

I was watching the news and the two NY senators (Hilary Clinton and some other guy, sorry I'm ignorant), were on giving a news brief.

They said that the CIA & FBI *do* have a good idea who did this, and they will take the appropriate action. I guess this is the appropriate action..

Report: Explosions Reported in Afghanistan
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Explosions lit up the night sky in Kabul, Afghanistan (news - web sites), CNN reported on Tuesday.

The Cable News Network showed footage of a series of flashes and flames in the Afghan capital.

``There are missiles flying across the city ... apparently large incoming missiles,'' a CNN reporter said.

The report came hours after a major terrorist attack on the United States destroyed New York's World Trade Center towers and damaged the Pentagon (news - web sites) near Washington.

President Bush (news - web sites) was scheduled to address the nation at 9 p.m. EDT on Tuesday.

MSNBC is reporting now that the missile attacks in afganistan are not US missiles, but most likely dissidents in the city itself, though this is not confirmed.
