Unhappy Work Spy

I cant help thinking, things are not right at work, on my day off I had a call from my Team Leader, "I am sorry to call you at home but SOMEONE has brought some matters to my attention". This is not a good start to my days off.

It would seem that my work is being monitored by someone on my team and anything that they deem as not quite right is being passed to my team leader.

I wont go into the full details, here, buy needless to say, I am unhappy that these things are being sent to my boss.

It is true to say that the things that were done were, correct, I had not done anything wrong, but the "person" who is bringing out these items of my work is being malacious, If I find out who it is, I will print out 20 items of thier work that is "not quite right" on their day off, and see how they like being questioned over the phone at home.

Now bugger off !

Go sit down with your boss and tell him in private that you think the anonymous nature of these complaints is unfair. You don't have the opportunity to rebut or face your accuser.

Ask him quietly whom is making these complaints "off the record".

If your boss refuses to help out, mention the phrase "hostile work environment" I don't know about where you live but here it is grounds for a law siut. That should make your boss's ass pucker.
