This will be my last post at The Asylum. It has been an amusing ride and to most of you, I want to say thank you.

My mother has been diagnosed with Cancer and this has affected my family and myself greatly.

The mere thought of losing another parent is more than I can handle and I want to commit more time to family.

Very sorry to hear about your mom.

You know, you should not be so quick to rush out the door, there are no minimum posts you have to make to be here, and you never know when it might be really nice to come here and just talk to people about what's happening for you.

Your choice though.
