I also think (after wading thru the propaganda and trying to understand what is really factual) lots of our men will die in those wastelands.......

I'm not sure what 'limited nuclear power' is, or how it works to give an opinion on it. Perhaps, in my spare time, instead of enjoying the Asylum, I'll go read up on it.......

I don't take any individual news source to be the gospel.
If you read farther on, they list all that had been destroyed so they do at least point effective hits out.
Plus, this is what two aid workers told them. Where did they get their info from? It isn't like these people have acccess to Kabul. It is a little early for bombing tours to be open to the public.

Your header here is just how small things are artificially inflated by the press. The word "some" gives the impression that there is information behind the header about a number (as in, more than one) of people who want to use nukes, when in actuality, the article is about the opinion of one (as in, less than two) person.

Sick of "It"? They are simply not to keen on having to babysit Afganistan through the formation of a post Taleban government due to their past experienes with that. I don't blame them.


I have been spending a lot of the little time I have for the computer looking at all the different news sites and often seeking out the same stories on each site becase of the differnt perspectives and slants. Perhaps somewhere in all these sites taken collectively, is at least a fair percentage of the truth.

No argument, just clarifying. As I said, I read a lot of different news sites and there is an amazing differencce in perspective (that is putting it politely) between reporters.
