Majestic is a game that throws you right into the hot seat, as if you were really playing. Plotted for you to take part in uncovering a government conspiracy, MAJESTIC calls, emails, faxes, and even IM's you.

Receive a threatening phone call at 3 am to warn you your getting too close....

I like the game. Ive been playing it for almost 3 weeks now, and the game/user interaction just amazes me. The A.I. (artificial intelligence) level of the pc's that contact you are amazing.

I thought it would be some BS game... but its cool.

I really want to try this, but the gf will not appreciate the threatening phone calls in the early hours I am sure.

Someone buy this game and fill out RW's details. I think it will be the straw that tips him over the edge.

hahahah...

the only thing that bothers me about the game (which I have come to accept), is the stand-by periods, where the game asseses what you have completed... thus indavidualizing the game per person (amen.).

But these stand-by peroids can last a few hours, up to overnight.

EA just announced that they are taking MAJOR MAJOR losses and the game will be shut down by mid next year =/

apparently 800,000 people started filling out a game application
71,000 actually completed it
and somewhere between 10 & 15,000 actually started the game

it has cost them somewhere between 5 & 7 million dollars to run it so far - i guess they don't want to lose any more
