LONDON, England (AP) -- A British newspaper has reported the discovery of a notebook at an al Qaeda training camp that contained a terrorist "blueprint" for an attack on London.

Euphorbia picked this out too and I replied here.

We know that they are bad people in Al-Queda, no one has claimed otherwise. I am not sure that we would have reacted exactly the same way because we do have some experiance of terrorism although obviously not on the scale of the WTC attack or even the Oklahoma attack for that matter.

We might still find out of course, perhaps they are not finished yet (in that they presumably still have cells active in Europe).
