i took this over thanksgiving weekend. About fifteen years or so ago, if you had went to the house on the extreme right and peeked in that window right there, in the middle of the night, you could've seen Nutrimentia sleeping.

Now it's owned by pro snowboarder/climber Steve Matthews. He runs a snowcat skiing/boarding operation from the house. The shop is built on a giant dirt berm because that area floods every spring. Just this last year, FEMA designated the entire area a floodway, banning any new construction. A lot of people raised their houses (mobiles and site-builts).
