So there is this one girl i am really interested in and she's really cool and always listens to me ad is bein my friend and knows more o f my inner workings than anyone else and I care for her a great deal . I have known her since sept. of 2000 and we've hung out a few times, hung out talked alot and she now has my favorite shirt (Dawn ,Gary Newman print) and I told her before how I felt and that I loved her but she has said nothign for sure to me yet aobut where we are going and seem to be getting close but overall I am not used to waiting more than 4 months for something to be definate
I quess what I am getting at is if anyone has any ideas on what I should do ?

As long as you hold feelings for her, let her get to know you more and more and give it time. That's about all I can say at this point. Instant sex is doubtful at this point I would say, otherwise you would've been laid years ago (I think).
