Asylumnation BUTTONS!!!

Okay guys... I came up with a pretty cool idea. We all love the stickers, and that's all good... but I ran across a site that makes 1" buttons pretty cheap. I would probably order 100 and get two different kinds.

The charge would be pretty minimal. I would do it for $1/two pins + one self-addressed, stamped envelope (suitable for mailing the pins). You could drop a buck into the envelope then, and avoid silly hastles with paypal, or writing cheques in CDN funds for minimal amounts.... which would be ludicrous. Also, there would be a "deal" where if you wanted a "quantity" you could stuff three bucks in your envelope, along with the self addressed envelope, and I would send you EIGHT pins.

Anyway, I wanted to get this idea rolling, and hear from you (ie. get feedback) to see how many people would be interested. Now go to IOD and check out the button contest. Winner gets two free buttons shipped to them . Styles for these buttons will come from YOUR CREATIONS, so get to work, dearlings!

Also, if the demand is ovewhelmingly huge to get three or four different kinds, I would consider making a bigger order.

I think you should order them, and people shouldn't become normal members until they get pinned, by having the needle part bashed into their chest repeatedly. Then it would mean a lot more to the members. Just an idea.

I dunno. I was thinking patches initially, but the pin response outnumbered it hardcore. I wear pins though... on my bag... and I've got a motherload of them on my suitcase. Last time I checked I wasn't homeless (Lease is good until May 1!), and I just showered this morning.

RiZZo, I'm not getting many for that reason. I figure there's a pretty good chance that there will be thirty people who will spend a buck each. If not, I'll just have an arseload of pins.

I kept asking about the tees. I wanted one, but never got full details. I, being a very organized young lass, will be able to handle this with great ease. There are no sizes to worry about, and by you sending an SASE, I won't even have to bother writing my address
