People yell when they sneeze, or when they sneeze so quite that it couldn't of had any effect on them at all?

I was always fascinated with that thing that kids tell each other about your eyeballs coming out if you sneezed and your eyelids were made to stay open.

A friend of mine's dad told him that if you unscrewed you belly button, that your backside would fall off. Chased him around the house with a spanner. Mind you, he is Scottish, that may have been some bizarre incestuous foreplay ritual.
