Hey RiZZ. I've told this story already, but there's one thing you'll learn about bein' an ex-smoker--we love tellin' people we've quit smokin'.
I had my last cigarette the evening of 21 November 2001, being the day before Thanksgiving. I gave up a 2-pack-a-day habit. "Marlboro Lights, short, soft-pack, please!"
Oddly enough, I haven't had a very difficult time with cravings. I think it's because I'm pissed and resentful that something could get me by the cods like cigarettes did.
Goforit. Amen.
