We may be saturated by your culture, tv and all that shit, but just you remebr when you see that sign post on the road that says '20 miles' that thoise miles are 'Imperial' measurements, just like inches and feet. You can't escape from us that easily yankee!

it was inspired actually. If you remeber the Mars Climate orbiters that cost about �125million and NASA lost it because it ploughed in Mar at the wrong trajectroy whilst trying to find orbit. Well, the reason it happened was coz the engineers at Nasa that used it worked out all the course correction in Imperial measurements, and the NASA rocket builder plotted its general course in metric. Anyways, this American NASA guy called them ;'american measurements' which I thought was funny because they are imperial measurements.

I also thought it was funny cause imperial measurements are the most fucked up and confusing measuring sticks in the world today (will still use them in some places by the way).

I mean:

12 inches in 1 foot. 3 foot in 1 yard, 1760 yards in a mile. Hardly unfirom is it.
