Could the limeys please educate me in the correct pronunciation of Worcestershire?

Is it:

1. Woost-a-sheer
2. Wurstersheer
3. War-chester-shire
4. Woost-a-shure
5. War-chesta
6. Pamela-Anderson

My mom says wooster and I say warchester. Im not a limey, just confused.
