While reading the local rag this morning, I came upon an interesting bit of news....

The 9th US circit court of appeals ruled that it is legal to drive high on pot in the state of Idaho. The law here says one cannot drive while under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, but marijuana wasn't on the narcotic list so that was a legal loophole and a guy who had a shitheap of guns in his truck got his conviction overturned because the only reason his truck was searched was because he was stoned. It was an illegal search. Assistant US attorney Alan Burrow, in Boise, is going to take it to the suprume court.

God bless Idaho and the bass ackwards folks running the show. We have one of the worst public education systems in the nation yet our legislature thunk it a good idea to cut the education budget by 10%. Then they voted to make the potato the state vegitible. Fucktards don't even know it's a tuber.

I heard that on the radio this morning. Couldn't believe it. It's illegal to grow it, have it, and smoke it, but damnit, you can drive after smoking it. That's just fine!

I think that's genius. If they're not workin, take away their money. And if they're already stupid, no sense throwin good money after bad. Cut yer losses and write em off. I personally think we oughta take away their schools until such time as they prove that they are willing to use them responsibly.
