I have a wonderful book, by Ingo Musico, but it's called "Cunt". It's a lovely little yellow book that looks great on my shelf. I read the first page in the bookstore and had to get it. It discusses cunt as a word, and the "anatomical jewel". Very feminist, and incredibly interesting. I highly recommend it. Every woman should have this book. The author's writing style is hilarious.

i am not really fond of the word either, here it's a very nasty insult. I loosened up a bit about it when i was in england staying with my friend and all the guys called each other cunts, and in that context it doesn't bug me.

In these here parts (no pun intended) the word is rarely used, even as an insult. If/when used as an insult, it's always in reference to a woman with connotations similar to, but not quite as emphatic as, say, "fuckin' bitch". Put another way, "cunt" is a jab, whereas "fuckin' bitch" is a solid right-hook.
