I woke up with a burning sensation in my plethora, and now my vestibule doesn't feel right and both my amphorae really sting when I do THIS (ow!).

Does anybody have any advice on what may be causing this, or what treatment I should pursue?

Other than Redguard, I believe I am the only one in here with any medical backround so I will try to help you out.

Your plethora is comprised of a series of cavities called cornucopias. These compartments allow bulemic acid to fester into plethoric fluid which coats your systemic dendrites and keeps them lubricated.
If the plethora loses it's syncronicity it begins to cavitate and the bulemic acid coagulates, your dendrites shrink up thus widening your synapses which results in you posting like Princess Heather. This is called the PH factor.
Although it is not necessarily fatal, if not treated it will result in obtusification of your thought processes.

Thank you, Dr. Wonderaz.

Now I understand perfectly. Along with previous replies, I believe that while wanking to a vocabulary-builder tape, I should douse my penal colony opening regularly with viagrate of sulphur in order to regurgitate the level of my PH, and to keep my bulemic dendrites from cavitating into a state of tonyahardening. If that causes my clavichord to deviate from the perplexative cortex, I believe from your diagnalisis that obstusity of the frontal load may have already curvulated my philadendronites.

I don't believe the problem is limited to my archipeligo. It may also include the Veinouswilliams ducts and/or my nymph loads.

I'm making an appointment with my plumber immediately.

I suspect you may have overlooked the Torquemada reaction that is counterindicated when the bivalves contract sending forth a sputum of viscous deltoidonals. The patient can react so violently that the peritonoidal nervous response effectuates hallucintory visages, such that the individual assumes the "post reply" pose, and never recovers.
