Dollars bills typically have a life span of two years; Coins last indefinitely. So, the next time you get change back from your twenty, ask for the Sacajawea dollar and help fight the man.

i don't mind the 2, actually, but i do not want a $5. coins are subconsciously assigned a value of "change".

I like the $1 coins. When I was in London, I loved that they use coins for 1 pound. It's just really convienient. (They look neat too) I'd be all for getting rid of $1 bills completely.

But I really don't see how doing that would bring about the death of America or fight the man. 'Fraid you lost me there.

God damn coins and paper notes and savings bonds and shit, after I become president, hard currency will no longer be printed. If you wish to have any sort of retail license in my country you must be connected to the International Electronic Treasury (or take Amex).

You're forgetting an important factoid about America (and this issue has been raised vis-a-vis Canadian money): What do you do at a strip club, throw handfulls of coins at girls? You need a bill you can just tuck into her g-string or garter. Suprised you didn't know that.
