Oh and me?

I'll be 33 in 5 years.

By then I expect to be printed and published, and hopefully somewhat established in my carrer as a painter. I'll probally still be doing part time odd jobs, because I like diversity. I do expect to be financially stable and secure, no matter what.

I would like to be settled down by then, have a cool flat, a bambino, mebe even a husband. But the wee lad or lassie and a permanent mate are not a nessessity in my plan. I just wanna stop moving all the friggin time (at least for 3 or 4 years)

I hope to still be travelin', meeting many new folks and seeing many new places... and I expect I'll have many new and interesting stories to tell.

I predict that I will have maybe met two or three other asylumites, moved out of the greater Carbondale area, managed a nice trip to Europe, and will be teaching and writing.

I'll be 26, and probably have just finished optometry school. I'll panic with the knowledge that I'll actually have to participate in society and probably go have myself committed so as to avoid this.

In terms of social life, I'll probably end up breaking up with some girl I will have been seeing two or three years, only adding to my social anxiety and driving me further toward the looney bin.

Only problem will be that I'll have no computer access in the looney bin, and would therefore hate it and check myself out after a month, in worse mental shape than when I checked in.

if we're being realistic, i'd say that i'll be a district manager, possibly a training administrator for the company i work for. my boyfriend will be working for a company where he can actually use the skills and knowledge in computers he has, and have a pretty decent life.

if we're talking where i'd like to be, i'd like to get my credit stabilized and apply for a government small business loan and open up a business of my own.

My only goal is to be able to support my daughter on my own. Hopefully, I'll be working doing something I enjoy, making enough money. I don't need to be rich, I don't want another kid, I don't think I want a husband, although a somewhat steady boyfriend would probably be nice. Most of all, I want my ex to leave me alone by then, and only bother me with issues that directly relate to my daughter.

Dead... or maybe finally a college graduate. Yeah, I know, most of my high school class will be doctors by then. Hopefully I'll have something published or I'll be teaching somewhere, or at least making some decent scientific advancements. This, of course, is all predicated on the fact that between now and then I find a source of motivation.

hmmm.... I will have finished my graduate training at PSU (I am starting on that on August 27, moving to the states in a week from now).

In 5 years I will be heavily indebted, but with a piece of paper in my hand saying "conformist dumbass has succeeded in adhering to our dogma for the half decade" to show for my trouble.

I´ll move back to Denmark and try to rekindle the flames between my former (now current) SO, and try to remove whatever lucky guy that has earned her affection.

If that fails, she will get a hug, and my blessings, and I'll move on.

Realistically college is just a maybe, a kayla thing is a thing that is like a kayla which is why we call it a kayla thing... i'll want one of those, a place to live is a must, as is a job. I will be 26.. my son will be 7 (holy shit!) I will hopefully have my degree.. please please please.. my ex will likely be back in jail.. good times.. I will be out of debt.. and hopefully saved up a little towards my down payment yet AGAIN. I will probably still be in CO.. and insanely homesick for the shore.. and I will very likely still be in love.. imagine that.
