I just got this USB to Serial (9-pin) adaptor, damn thing set me back 40 bucks, anyway it's for my cell phone so I can dial out on my laptop. I have XP and when it installs it says the device is not found. I have no Idea I've tried changing IRQ's & COM ports for my usb port and for the device and nothing changes. any ideas?
