Post VP Debate

What a show. I don't think Dick Cheney could have impressed me more tonight. Classy, intelligent, imformed, and above all, NO-BULLSHIT. Tap danced his way around Lieberman.

Agreed. Almost makes you wonder if Bush and Cheney could swap every other week.

Especially interesting to hear Lieberman say he hasn't changed any of his positions since accepting the nomination.

You know, I was thinking during the whole thing, two things:

1. If third parties were invited to these debates, both pres and vice ones, they would be a helluva lot more interesting, to say the least.

2. I would be more inclined to vote for either Vice Pres candidate than either Pres candidate. Why is Bush the Pres candidate and Cheney the Vice? I'll tell you why. There is no justice. It's just funny to me that either Vice Pres candidate could out-debate their own respective superiors.

It doesnt matter if Bush couldn't even tie his shoe-laces. He's got Cheney, Daddy Bush, and all of Daddy Bush's advisors. Georgie Jr. couldn't make a bad decision if he wanted to. Al Gore is a pototo head.
