Italian Men Legally Allowed to Slap Women’s Bums

The Italian government has legally allowed male office workers to slap their female colleagues’ butts. There was one condition stipulated in the law, though: this slapping is not supposed to become a habit.

This decision was made by the Italian court of appeal. The court ruled that slapping underneath the back is not a display of sexual abuse, if the fact of slapping happened once.

This was the end of the trial that lasted for eight years. The trial was started by a female office worker from Venice. She was made to file a lawsuit against her male colleague, who slapped her bottom every day.

This man, a manager named Enzo Miceli, was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison in 1994. However, when the case reached the court of the highest instance, he was acquitted. The court ruled that there was no display on libido in that behavior.

It seems only fair that the vertically challenged, like Deadpool, should at least get the chance to slap a woman at a level appropriate to his height, which might very well be the buttocks. And the same sort of height level would be appropriate for kissing goodbye, for example, or hello, or a comradely greeting every time that said midget passed the tall hot woman's desk, even if it seemed that the little fellow did nothing but walk back and forward in front of the female's desk all day. Biting should probably be illegal, though.

I think that it is only fair that we try to redress the punishment that God has inflicted upon the short people. When we have achieved that, we can set about helping the ginger-haired.

My Italian men friends kept tellijng me that the Italian girls considered it a compliment and enjoyed the process. The first (and only) time I tried it I got a diatribe and a finger shook in my face. I looked at my Italian companion and he shrugged and said,
