Does anybody have any first-hand advice about buying a USB keychain storage disk?

Looks like Diskonkey is a reasonable choice, but that's just me browsing ignorantly.

Not for me, for someone at work (new Mac OSX), mostly to take files home to work on. Imac at home (probably OS 9).

My supervisor picked one up which he is very happy with (passes it around to all the profs at conferences so that they can put their powerpoint presentations on it and then they can all be loaded onto the same laptop that is already connected to the projector; even when they have different platforms, it works).

I can ask him what manufacture it is if there is a moment free when he is talking, tomorrow (supervisor has both OSX and OS9 on his laptop).

i think it's firewiredirect.com that sells a firewire keychain. they also sell a kit version of that little aluminum bugger that you can put your own CF card into.

I was getting really worried there, smug. Not that there's anything wrong with sex, but well... I don't even know the guy.

ended up getting a 128mb transcend jetflash for $79, because that's what the computer store here has in stock. it's extremely neato. you just stick it in the keyboard port, and you have a new little drive.
