I have wondered about the 18+ warning on IOD, too; is there not one for the whole forum anyway? The admins don't generally delete images for pornography or anything like that, in TLF, as I recall.

I would think that any group spawned by SPF would not have much issue with what other folks'd call objectionable images. And I never give much thought to the size of my images, because damn near every one I post originates with my own site, so it's my bandwidth ain't it? As for kids lookin, all I can say is let em. If you let yer kids come to Asylum, then yer lettin em in here knowin what it's all about.

It's consideration for the bandwidth of other asylumites that is the issue, not asylum bandwidth, I would say. A pic-heavy thread can be a real pain on dialup, for example.

Skalie, I didn't mean that to apply to you, or this instance. I was actually thinking about other people who have taken to doing it since around the end of Summer. People who formerly didn't play traffic cop suddenly started to. In the case of the recent picture I believe you're referring to, you were right and I was wrong. It's that simple. No biggy.
