New Rule about Forum PM

I propose, no DEMAND, that the option to turn off a pop-up notification of the receipt of a forum email be removed. Some idiots refuse to queue into the information superhighway.

maybe they don't have PMs enabled in the first place. dad don't. there is no right to a response in any correspondence. I've often wondered why people who accost me on the street think I have an obligation to respond at all.

I always read and almost always respond to my PMs, yet I refuse to have some popups telling me that I've received one. I notice it on my own (or if I miss it somehow, there's always the email notification.)
