I take it that means you didnt get the job. Andy and I made so much effort to get you that job as well. Plenty of threats and looming over people who would make the decision.

I doubt I'll be there this Saturday. I've been off sick for the last week and I wont be better by Saturday thats for sure.

You need to be here married for a certain amount of time. I thought that it was the same deal in the US, that you only got the green card after some period of time had elapsed (although, like here, you do have permit to work on your visa).

RiZZ is entitled to an "indefinate leave to remain" due to his marriage to a British citizen, this needs to be applied for though. He is allowed to remain in the UK and not work because of the married status, you do not need to renew your visa unless you intend to work.

RiZZ should apply for indefinate leave to remain as soon as possible or he will not be able to work. Three years after that he can apply for naturalisation and if successfull can claim a British passport.
