On topic, I'd go for global disarmament. Let us start with the historically most dangerous nation still on the world stage - Britain.
Then the French, next the Germans, then the Spanish and the Italians, then the moderm imperial powers like the US and China and Russia.
And define global disarmament - I can kill you with the two functioning fingers and thumb that I possess. I can do that at 3,000 meters with the right tool.
What level of disarmament are we discussing here?
