All her remixes are stolen beats. Craig Mack, Luniz, Beatnuts, probably more but remembering her versions are giving me a headache.

A) If the entity that retains the rights to a copyrighted piece music licenses the use of that music, then it's not "stealing". It's "sampling". In most cases, it's the label that retains said rights, so the artists can find their music showing up in all sorts of places that they don't like, e.g. commercials, gangsta-pop songs, mix tapes, etc.

B) As Tak said, I believe she actually is from a pretty rough neighborhood. No, I don't think she was all thugged out, slinging rock at 11, but she wasn't a Mouseketeer, either.
