How long before claims start being made against Americans and Brits in Iraq? I'm not saying none of them will be true, but I suspect the ICC may play a role in the whole thing, and it will be interesting to see if the fear of politically motivated charges was "justified" by the Americans.

I don't think that there was ever any doubt that politically motivated charges would be made, just as to what the outcome of them would be.
