if im ever involved in a murder trial,
and the alleged perpetrator is a fat guy,
while the victim is a skinny guy,
i wouldnt rule out the possiblity that the accused ATE the victim
in a fit of insane hunger. maybe he was having a feast, and the victim just happend to be sitting at the same table, and the guy didnt notice he was accidentally eating his friend instead of some soup, or whatever he had in that feast of his.
in that situation, i would have to say you should lock up the fat guy in prison for a long long time, because maybe in prison they can teach him to be more careful.
