Oh well. I had planned on stayin in and havin some time to myself today, but Sigmo didn't wanna go without me. So here's the queers for this year's parade.

We hooked up with Sigmo's friend Justin and his girlfriend and some of her friends.





I dunno why, but this old hotel always intrigues me.




I still think Sigmo's cute, even if he's not a crusty kid anymore. He's turned into an acquisitive little middle class bastard, but I still remember him as the kid with the patches.







So there was this parade with all these queers in it goin on as well.





Justin's girlfriend Kirsten was a hoot. She was dancin and hollerin and runnin up to hug everybody. I like girls like that.



I thought this guy's tat was interesting.

RennFest Queens

This one was fun. She said I made her break her duct tape when I kissed her.



It was a really beautiful day on Hennepin Ave.



This is weird. The more I look at this particular picture, the more compelling it is to me for some reason. I come across these every now and then. It just seems like everything's perfect in this one picture.



If you follow squee's logic, you'd think that every female firefighter was a lesbian. Oh, wait...



There was a really nasty political undertone to this year's parade. One person carried a sign that said, "Goodbye Strom Thurmond!" which I thought unfortunate. And they had Paul Wellstone's bus in the parade. I wondered if they were gonna carry his remains around like some dead Ayatollah.











Here's the bears. What better reason to socialize than a commonality of fat and fur. There you have it.



Sigmo likes the bears.







So much for this year's parade. Sigmo's poutin now cuz I don't wanna go to the park and walk around. Boring.

I went to NYC's yesterday. It was BIG. It took like 6 hours for the parade to walk by. Who knew there were so many gay Palestinians, for example.
One group held up signs: "FUCK BUSH. BUT WEAR A CONDOM." At one of the booths, I bought a Learn Chinese for Gays CD-ROM for $5.
