38 megs, 8 minutes. It's a video I made of ultrasound tape from the first 7 months or so of my daughter's gestation. I know that parents always love their kids more than everyone else and I'm not trying to spam her here, but I thought this video turned out pretty good. The compression to get it to a downloadable size kind of hurt the text rendering, but I think it is still fully visible. I hope you enjoy.

8 minutes might seem long, but it a brief intro and then one song long.

that was cool. I have no experience of this so I have to ask... did you have to pay for the ultrasound tapes or do they just give you a copy or what? Can you ask for them in mpeg instead?

Truly awesome, Nutrimentia! I especially liked your choices of music...although for the first 30 seconds or so I thought it was going to be a clip from "Aliens".
You've captured the joy of being an expectant father brilliantly. Her yawn was adorable.
I hope we get some newborn pics at the Asylum!

Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad everything was viewable. At such small resoluation, I wasn't sure if the ultrasound would be comprehensible.

The tape was free. I wasn't expecting it (didn't even know it was possible) and the missus brought home the first one that showed the tiny jellybean with a heartbeat. Awestruck. The initial tape was only 20 minutes and it filled up, so we brought our own in. There is a VCR hooked into the line from the machine to the monitor is all. One doctor also had a live microphone so it recorded the discussion in the room.
