His point is an interesting one, about being aware that you don't know something versus being unaware that that area of ignorance exists. But it really wasn't well explained.
Schwarzennegger's one was better, though, I think and so was Rumsfeld's comment that was something like 'he's in Afghanistan, or he isn't, or he's dead'.
