This is actually a huge case. I don't think Disney pays them any royalties on things like DVDs, which hadn't been conceived when the contract was written. Slesinger bought the original rights off of the guy that actually invented Winnie the Pooh. I saw a story about this some time ago and they tracked down Christopher Robin who didn't care and didn't want to try to stake a claim to it. In any case it could cost Disney a ton of money, as they have been making it hand over fist on Pooh and only giving Slesinger a cut on a portion of the items they sell and market.
